Project Phoenix is now live in parts of Americas

Project Phoenix will improve our ways of working and strengthen our digital core. The main goal of Project Phoenix is to implement new and improved, globally harmonized processes for Financial Management and Purchasing.

Last week we celebrated that we went live with our project Phoenix in Chile, Peru, and the USA. After five months of preparations, the Project Phoenix have now delivered the Quant way in processes and Dynamics 365 to the region. The global project team is in Santiago to support the launch and took the time to celebrate the occasion with the local organization. It was a successful launch, now the project team is monitoring to see what issues may turn up.

Group CDO Maja Robertsson was also in the region to show the support from the EMT. She encouraged the local team and congratulated the Regional and Global project on their work. Project Manager Robert Berkel also said a few words and invited everyone to share some cake and juice. “Now we have handed over the new processes and the system to you, group digital will be here to support you, now and in the future. This is an important day for all of us at Quant,” said Robert.
