Ele gosta de seu papel amplo e variado, mas destaca seus colegas e o forte esp\u00edrito de equipe como as melhores coisas do trabalho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristoffer Granstr\u00f6m trabalha na Quant h\u00e1 cerca de 20 anos. Durante esse tempo, ele ocupou v\u00e1rias fun\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes, incluindo t\u00e9cnico de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, soldador e l\u00edder de equipe. Hoje ele trabalha como supervisor em uma das unidades finlandesas da Quant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Gosto muito do meu trabalho porque raramente tenho dois dias de trabalho id\u00eanticos. Al\u00e9m disso, temos uma equipe extremamente comprometida e profissional trabalhando neste site, diz ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E \u00e9 o esp\u00edrito de equipe e os dias de trabalho variados que Kristoffer considera algumas das maiores vantagens de seu trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Uma das melhores coisas sobre este trabalho \u00e9 que existem oportunidades para se movimentar e resolver diferentes tipos de desafios em diferentes locais. Faz com que voc\u00ea se desenvolva no seu papel profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Diz muito sobre nossa atitude e esp\u00edrito de equipe&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 quando era crian\u00e7a, Kristoffer se interessava por construir e consertar coisas. Seu av\u00f4 trabalhou como supervisor na ind\u00fastria por mais de 40 anos e Kristoffer ficava feliz em visit\u00e1-lo no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ele sempre disse que \u00e9 importante ser honesto, justo e dizer como as coisas realmente s\u00e3o para os funcion\u00e1rios. Para mostrar aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e elogiar quando as coisas est\u00e3o indo bem e para dar feedback construtivo quando fosse necess\u00e1rio. Essa \u00e9 a chave para o desenvolvimento, diz Kristoffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seu av\u00f4 \u00e9 um modelo para Kristoffer e ele destaca que uma empresa n\u00e3o pode ter sucesso sem cuidar dos seus funcion\u00e1rios. Os funcion\u00e1rios s\u00e3o o ativo mais importante de uma empresa e \u00e9 por isso que Kristoffer fica feliz em sentir um esp\u00edrito de equipe t\u00e3o forte entre seus colegas no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Um bom exemplo \u00e9 que vamos a um caf\u00e9 local \u00e0s 05:30 da manh\u00e3 para tomar caf\u00e9 juntos.
