Disfruta que su cargo sea amplio y variado, pero destaca como lo mejor de su trabajo el fuerte esp\u00edritu de equipo de sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristoffer Granstr\u00f6m ha trabajado en Quant por alrededor de 20 a\u00f1os. Durante este tiempo ha tenido diferentes cargos, incluyendo t\u00e9cnico en mantenimiento, soldador, y l\u00edder de equipo. Hoy trabaja como un supervisor en uno de los contratos en Finlandia de Quant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Me gusta mucho mi trabajo porque rara vez tengo dos d\u00edas de trabajo iguales. Adem\u00e1s, tenemos un equipo incre\u00edblemente comprometido y profesional que trabaja en este contrato, dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristoffer considera que el esp\u00edritu de equipo y las variadas jornadas de trabajo son algunas de las mayores ventajas de su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Una de las mejores cosas de este trabajo es que hay oportunidades para moverse y resolver diferentes tipos de retos en diferentes contratos. Eso hace que te desarrolles en tu papel profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>\u00abDice mucho acerca de nuestra actitud y esp\u00edritu de equipo\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya de ni\u00f1o, Kristoffer estaba interesado en construir y reparar cosas. Su abuelo trabaj\u00f3 como supervisor en la industria durante m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os y a Kristoffer le encantaba visitarlo en el trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Siempre dec\u00eda que es importante ser honesto, justo y decir c\u00f3mo son realmente las cosas a los empleados. Mostrar aprecio y elogiar cuando las cosas van bien, y dar una retroalimentaci\u00f3n constructiva cuando sea necesario. Esa es la clave del desarrollo, dice Kristoffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su abuelo es un modelo a seguir para Kristoffer, y destaca que una empresa no puede tener \u00e9xito si no cuida a sus empleados. Los empleados son el activo m\u00e1s importante de una empresa y por eso Kristoffer se alegra de sentir un esp\u00edritu de equipo tan fuerte entre sus colegas en la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Un buen ejemplo es que vamos a una cafeter\u00eda local a las 05:30 de la ma\u00f1ana para tomar caf\u00e9 juntos.
