Constanza was recognized in the <em>Emerging Talent<\/em> category and her testimony and contribution is published in a book together with all the winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Promoting women in the mining industry<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The recognition was presented by <em>Women in Mining<\/em>, a NGO dedicated to promoting and highlighting the work of women in the mining industry. On the occasion, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Abud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Women and Gender Equity, expressed her pride for this initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abWe hope that these recognitions will be an engine for more women to get involved in the industry and continue to grow in it\u201d, she
