Andrei Zibarov

Maintenance Expert

Andrei Zibarov is 39 years old and works as a maintenance expert at one of our sites in Estonia. He started at Quant in 2020, as he saw it as a chance to get a wider role within the technical field.

Andrei has been interested in technology all his life, and he especially likes metalworking and welding. He has studied to become a mechatronics and rolling stock engineer and is now completing his studies in refrigeration technology.

As a maintenance expert at Quant, he has a varied role including different tasks and responsibilities.

– I really like my job a lot. I work as a team leader, it is much about maintenance and the repair of various equipment, but I also design new equipment and work with finding and ordering suitable spare parts, he says.

Interested in technology and digitalization

According to Andrei, one of the highlights with working at Quant is the team spirit and his service-minded and helpful colleagues. Also, he thinks Quant is a good place to be for developing at work.

– It is great that Quant wants to keep developing all the time. Also, I feel like I get support to develop my own skills as a professional in the field.

As mentioned, Andrei has a big interest in technology. Therefore, he enjoys working in an industry strongly influenced by digitalization.

– Digitalization will certainly become a bigger part of the work for each year. Different applications really simplify our work a lot, but of course the implementation must be planned wisely, he says.

– I believe Quant is a strong player in the market and I want to do my best to further strengthen our position!
